Hack is the co-founder of the Ayers Auction and Real Estate Co.
He and his wife, Tomi Ayers, began the company in 1957. He has been actively involved in the business for 50 years.
Hack has served as the National Auctioneers Association President, and is a Hall of Fame inductee. He also has served on the Church of God council for many years, he is a Rotarian and a Gideon.
Hack served as the County Court Clerk for Campbell Co. in the 1960s and also served as a Tennessee State Legislature in the 1960s.
Hack is one of the first to develop Norris Lake. He is responsible for most of the developments in the county. Hack has been and is involved in residential and commercial development.
Hospitality and Customer Service has been a priority for Hack for the last 50 years.
Tomi and Hack founded the company in 1957. Tomi is a National Auctioneers Association Auxiliary past president and hall of fame member. Tomi has served in many capacities for auctions, including clerk, cashier, and ring person.
Debra is a second generation auctioneer. She has completed the Certified Auctioneers Institute designation. Debra is a real estate broker and auctioneer. Debra has served at auctions in every capacity.
J.J. Dower is a native of Campbell Co. And has been a real estate broker since 1988, and an auctioneer since 1986. J.J. Holds the CAI (Certified Auctioneers Institute) and the AARE (Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate), and ATS (Auction Technology Specialist) certifications which are the highest in the auction industry. J.J. opened the branch office of Ayers Auction and Real Estate in Oneida, Tn. In 1996.
J.J. has been married to Traci Dower for 29 years and has two daughters, 27 and 23. He has worked in the family real estate and auction business for 25 years. J.J. is a Lincoln Memorial University graduate. He is a past president of the Tenn. Auctioneers Association, a past board member, and a Hall of Fame inductee. J.J. Is on the board of the Boys and Girls Club, Scott Co. Tn.

Traci has been married to J.J. Dower for 29 years and has two daughters, 27 and 23. She has worked in the family real estate and auction business for over 30 years. Traci is a Graduate of Lincoln Memorial University with a degree in Finance. Traci is also a graduate of Leadership Campbell Co. And the East Tennessee Regional Leadership Class.
Traci has served on the staff of the Certified Auctioneers Institute for 10 years. Her specialty is auction marketing and web services.
Candy's career has always been connected to putting people and real estate together. She has been an affiliate broker for over 10 years. Prior to this her career involved the relocation of individuals and their families to different jobs and states; this included her relocation to this area in 1988. Candy understands the complexities of family needs when picking a community, a school, medical care, and other things. She is a great listener and loves to assist people find what they are looking for. Candy will do her best to provide you with the information you need on housing and the community to help you find the property that most fully meets your needs.
Rhonda Meadows is going into her fifth year with Ayers Auction & Real Estate. She is a native of East Tennessee, married to Jason Meadows, mother of 3 beautiful girls, and grandmother of 2 adorable grandsons. She would LOVE to sell you a house today!
Tammy Thompson is going into her second year as a REALTOR. Originally from Southwest Virginia she moved to Campbell County in 2007 for her husband's career in the mining industry. Her husband, Robert, and her son, Gage, love being in Campbell County and now call it home. Tammy enjoys helping families find their dream home! Tammy is a member of the Knoxville Association of REALTORS and the South Campbell County Rotary Club.
Lorie came to Ayers Auction and Real Estate in 2009. She has 10 years experience in the printing and marketing business.
Lorie lays out and prints all auction brochures from our Scott County, Tn. office.
She is married and has 2 children.
Born and raised in Pittsburgh and a DIE HARD Steelers fan. I came to Oneida from Tampa about 14 years ago. Oneida is now my home and the place I plan to retire. I have two sons, Will 17 and Harrison 14. My wife, April, and I love Scott County and all it has to offer.
Most weekends you will find us riding ATV's, fishing at Burnt Mill bridge, or heading down the O&W road on the way to White Oak Creek.
