J.J. Dower has been a real estate broker since 1988, and an auctioneer since 1986. J.J. Holds the CAI (Certified Auctioneers Institute) and the AARE (Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate), and ATS (Auction Technology Specialist) certifications which are the highest in the auction industry. J.J. opened the branch office of Ayers Auction and Real Estate in Oneida, Tn. In 1996. He has worked in the family real estate and auction business for 25 years. J.J. is a Lincoln Memorial University graduate. He is a past president of the Tenn. Auctioneers Association, a past board member, and a Hall of Fame inductee. J.J. has served as President National Auctioneers Association, Chairman of the Board for National Auctioneers Association, and board member of National Auctioneers Foundation.
Paul has been with Ayers Auction & Real Estate since 1991. Now a partner, he has worked in all capacities of the Auction and Real Estate business. He brings many years of experience to the table.
Traci Ayers Dower is a Campbell Co. Native and has been a real estate broker since 1987, and an auctioneer since 2001. Traci holds the CAI (Certified Auctioneers Institute) and an AARE (Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate) designations which are the highest in the Auction industry. Traci is a Graduate of Lincoln Memorial University with a degree in Finance. Traci has served on the staff of the Certified Auctioneers Institute for 10 years. Her specialty is auction marketing and web services.
Codi is a second generation auctioneer. She was raised in the auction and real estate business, and has worked full time with Ayers Auction & Real Estate since 1990.
Candy has been an affiliate broker for over 20 years. Candy understands the complexities of family needs when picking a community, a school, and medical care. She is a great listener and loves to assist people find what they are looking for. Candy will do her best to provide you with the information you need on housing and the community to help you find the property that most fully meets your needs.
Stan has been with us since 2005, started setting up auctions and general maintenance. During his time he learned the ropes of real estate sales and became a REALTOR. He is our Stan of all trades.
Lorie came to Ayers Auction and Real Estate in 2009. She has 10 years experience in the printing and marketing business prior to coming to work with us. Lorie lays out and prints all auction brochures from our Scott County, Tn. office.
Born and raised in Pittsburgh and a DIE HARD Steelers fan. I came to Oneida from Tampa about 14 years ago. Oneida is now my home and the place I plan to retire. I have two sons, Will 17, Harrison 14 and Emma, 13. My wife, April, and I love Scott County and all it has to offer.
Greg is the rental manager, and oversees rental applicants and rental residents.
Susan Dunaway brings many years of real estate sales experience back to Ayers Auction & Real Estate. We are happy to have her back on our sales team.
Vickie has been at work with us for over 25 years. She manages all accounts payable and payroll. We are thankful for her loyalty and expertise.
Lynette started with us in the mobile homes sales division, then came to our real estate office to work with accounts receivable, rentals, and real estate sales. Lynette has been with us since 1988.
Jim Daugherty has been with Ayers Auction & Real Estate since 2007. He oversees all maintenance issues.
This Miracle has been with us, working public relations, all her life. Her favorite part of the job is making people smile and testing all cookies.
Hack and his wife, Tomi Ayers, began the company in 1957. He has been actively involved in the business for 50 years. Hack has served as the National Auctioneers Association President, and is a Hall of Fame inductee. He also has served on the Church of God council for many years, he is a Rotarian and a Gideon. Hack is one of the first to develop Norris Lake. He is responsible for most of the developments in the county. Hack left this world for his eternal home on Jan. 08, 2020. He will be missed, but remembered always as our mentor, leader, and father. Tomi is a National Auctioneers Association Auxiliary past president and hall of fame member. Tomi has served in many capacities for auctions, including clerk, cashier, and ring person.
